How We Work
Area Wide Fencing grew out of a simple idea: homeowners in Northern Indiana deserved a fencing contractor who showed up on time, gave them a straight answer, and did the work properly. Owner Josh started in the trades over 15 years ago and has spent that time building a reputation for reliable installations, honest pricing, and real accountability. The kind of contractor you'd actually recommend to a neighbor.
We're based in Warsaw, on State Road 15, and we serve a wide stretch of Northern Indiana. From the lake towns around Kosciusko and Fulton counties, to the growing residential neighborhoods outside South Bend and Elkhart, to the rural farmsteads and commercial properties throughout Marshall, Starke, and Pulaski counties. This region has a lot of variety in terms of soil, terrain, and property types, and we've worked in all of it.
A big part of what sets us apart is lakefront work. Fencing and decking near Indiana's lakes requires different materials, deeper anchoring, and often a working knowledge of shoreline permitting and HOA requirements. We've installed dozens of lakefront projects: docks, railings, privacy screens, and perimeter fences for cottages and year-round homes on lakes throughout the area.
We also supply fencing materials to contractors, builders, and serious DIYers through our wholesale operation.
